NTSC-U is for games made for the Console in the U.S. (is known to run at a higher framerate without judders than PAL)

NTSC-J is for games made of the Console in Japan and some other countries.

PAL is for games made for Console in Europe and most other Asian countries.

go to emulater paradise they have all the games you want but put the game you want in google and put emulater paradise at end and click the one with emulater paradise in link and there you go i got my fav games there dont know about you love devil may cry 3
