The new Made in the USA Ninja adjusting clips will allow you adjust the position of reg any way you want. Simply place the clip behind the threads of the bonnet and screw it into the asa.

  • My only concern would be reducing the already limited thread contact between the tank and the ASA, and drawing the reg seals back away from their sealing face. Is this going to reduce the life span of my seals by exposing them to elements beyond the seal face, or risk explosive decompression on higher PSI tanks by limiting thread contact?

  • @requiemdogma we recommend using no more than 2 clips at a time to prevent any problems. If the o-ring does not seal inside the asa than remove the clips until it does. The asa and tank threads are designed to provide a lot of thread contact even when not fully installed. The o-ring on the regulator is sealing in the asa and can not be exposed to the elements because it is in a sealed environment. All asa have a safety release hole built in.

  • Why don't you make a Gun stock style cap for 68/45 tanks? It could be part of a cover?

  • @atomicpickle - it has never been mentioned before and there are a lot of different things that act as a stock, the new grips by exalt and the tank covers by nxe.

  • @ninja186 Yes this is true, I just don't like the feeling of shouldering something round, and it doesn't seem to sit right when I'm playing woodsball. I see them for CO2 tanks, plastic stock caps, and always kinda wondered why nobody bothered to make them for the nicer 68/45 tanks. Thanks for the reply though.

  • @atomicpickle try APP- allen paintball products, i know they make a stock but not sure if they have one for a cf tank

  • @atomicpickle That was a horrible answer now that I think about it.

What I meant to say was that co2 tanks are usually smaller and used in woodsball fields more over than anything. I think a lot of speedball players prefer the round edge because its easy to pivot agasint the body. Thats just my guess.

Maybe some find stock cap would hinder movement maybe?

  • @Shroker Not the right answer. Try reading my posts again.

  • @88dekdo Thanks!
