prince is pretty much an average player in the league. he's been a pretty average defender since he wallace X2 aren't guarding the rim behind him. he's an average scorer, rebounder for his size, and passer. he's not a very good ball handler, nor is he a great shooter. the only thing that he really has going for him is the fact that he rarely makes mistakes.
look for austin daye to take his spot within a year or two.
down 3 19 seconds is plenty of time, this is a common play. go for a quick deuce then foul, rather than drain time and risk it all on a 1 long distant shot.
tayshaun prince is not underated every guy thats watches basket ball knows a bit about the game knows that prince is a great player on both sides of the floor his just not the superstartype he s quite and plays for a team that isn t doing so well in the the last year
19 seconds is still plenty of time, quick score and then fouling immediately extends the game and puts the pressure on the opposing team. While shooting a 3 is still a valid strategy it's not as effective as a miss would be the end of the game.
Turk made the right decision but Prince recovered and made a great defensive play.

He's still a great defender. He contends with shots and makes them tough better than any other player in the NBA.
He is an averaged offensive player, but he has a great shot.
