My friend Virginia and I experiment with some freestyle Salsa dancing to a Latin Jazz song that we both like. Nothing is choreographed -- we're just seeing what the music inspires us to do, seeing how we look on video, and analyzing ways to improve our dance skills.
The name of the song is "Niño Africano" by Yuri Buenaventura, from his CD "Herencia Africana."
In our spare time, Virginia and I have taught classes for the "Strictly Street Salsa" dance school in Houston, Texas.

Recorded on February 7, 2009, in Houston, Texas (USA).
The song is "Niño Africano" by Yuri Buenaventura. I love it too, but I was a little worried when my partner said she wanted us to record dancing to it -- since that meant I'd have to come up with something interesting for a full 6 minutes. ;-) Anyway, more information about the video is in the description on the right side of the page. And, thanks for your comment!
