The journalist forgot to say that the deal could be done only because Vivendi sold its 20% share in NBCU.

Now be sure that Comcast will favor NBCU's content before the others', and that's no good for the consumer, nor is it for competition (Comcast is the US first cable TV and Internet provider with more than 12 millions subscribers).
