I call him a loon because 1, he blames Jihadism on American policies, which requires a misunderstanding of Qutbism. 2 because he wants to declare American military neutrality on a prima facie basis, backing out of NATO and walking away from Nuclear Proliferation enforcement. This would invite Russian aggression in the Caucasus, Iranian hegemony in the Strait of Hormuz, Chinese aggression in the Indian ocean, and North Korean reunification with Seoul by force.
