Ive been playing for about 2 years
Im in the Key of G using the Mixolydian mode
Im playing a 30 year old Yamaha acoustic

Nicely done. You have a great sense of melody. My advice: pick up a metronome and start practicing these lines at a moderate tempo (120) in the key of D with drop D tuning. Pluck the low D, let it ring, and then run through these lines in order to get a serious Indian classical feel. You might also check out some jazz guitarists like Charlie Christian and Wes Montgomery if you like the "out" sound. Peace.
