Why oh why would even a half-witted person use or feel the need to use an electric knife, which in reality is a thin saw.
Learn to get an edge on your knife. Cut at right angle to the backbone with the knife cutting towards the head. Use the tip of an extremely sharp knife, lay the knife in the cut near the gills with the cutting edge towards the tail and make full length cuts towards the tail, 30-40 seconds for each fillet. IT WILL NOT BE EASIER WITH A SAW-KNIFE, AS IT LEAVES LOTS OF FLESH

He waisted a lot of the best part near the bones by just going straight across the spin. I still like my Swibo better.

@falafelbunny You dont have to gut them because you are just taking the meat from the fish. The bones, guts, and skin are just thrown away.

@condemned patriot- Cool story bro.
haha you just totally wasted the belly meat and collar bone of that fish, way to waste the two BEST parts of the fish.
I hate the way americans prepare fish. It shows what they really are, lazy wasteful consumers.
