i'd be interested int he rest of your rant. :) for myself, i like the song. i think it's the video which has lost the plot. what's the point of a video about declaring independence when it ends the same way it began except with a drop of color instead of all-white?

they move when she moves, she's only a mouthpiece and never loosens her grip on her own method of control over the audience -- and its control over her. a very mixed-message video.
