Chris Smither, Statesboro Blues - 10/1/89, Concord MA

Chris Smither led off a day-long festival celebrating the birth of WADN-AM Radio (Walden 1120), a commercial folk AM radio station in Concord, MA. (That's Boston folk DJ Dick Pleasants at the end - still on the air in Boston, now at WUMB-FM.) I produced this multi-camera video taping (my first ever), with facilities, and volunteer crew, from Boston's public access TV channel, Boston Neighborhood Network.

Great tune. This is the only time I've ever seen Chris with short hair. This must've been soon after he resumed his career I guess.
