Inspired by Nas and his song, Hero! I created this dance/video piece after hearing the song for the first time on radio a few weeks after it came out on CD. Nothing in this video was rehearsed. This was me one long night in NYC improvising and thinking of different ways of communicating what I felt with this song in my own way. It wasn't created without hassle but, needless to say it got DONE and is finally up on YouTube for all to see and critique.
