My excessive breathing is pretty awkward. Lift starts at 26s

I kip in this. It's hard to kip with over 100lbs between your legs, so you don't get an unbelievable amount of help. I have another video of me doing 6 reps without kipping with 113lbs (at that time, I could do 9 reps with 113lbs with a kip). This video is my 1rm to date. It felt smooth so I tried adding 15lbs but wasn't even close.
Weights were: 210lb Man + Two 1.5 pood kettlebells + one 2 pood kettlebell (5poods = 176.4lbs) + 5.5lb Weight + 5lb Belt + 3lbs in clothes/shoes = 400lbs

    Yeah, so I admit in the notes below the video that it's a kipping chin-up. I realize that makes it easier than a strict chin-up, however I hit 165lbs strict (this was 190). It definitely helps, but it's not like I'm adding 100lbs to my chin-up by kipping.

    A bit confused with the weight in your description. Looks like you have 425+ lbs at 210 Body weight. (3 x 70 lb) + 10 lb + 7 lb = 437

    Have you tried doing it as a over hand grip (pull-up) If you perfect your form you would have a new world record.

    This was almost a year ago what are you at now?
