*Nick's P.O.V*
I woke up in the morning to the sound of my phone vibrating. I looked at the ID and saw my dad appear on the screen so I picked it up.
"Hello." I said groggily.
"Hello son. How are you? You sound like you just got up."
"I did but I'm fine. How are you, mom, and Frankie doing?"
"We're doing just fine and I have some exciting news for you."
I sat up. "Really?! What is it?!"
I listened intently as my dad spoke through the phone.
"Isn't that exciting?!" He said after he told me the news.
My mouth fell open as I dropped my phone and it went crashing to the floor. I put my face in my hands and just sat there shaking my head. Why did this have to be happening now? Any other time than this would be better.
I heard my dad's faint voice coming from my phone.
"Nick, are you there? Nicholas? Are you still there?"
I quickly got up and grabbed my phone off the floor.
"... ya dad. I'm here."
"Good. So... aren't you happy?"
"Um... ya. That's... really exciting."
"Are you sure you're ok son?"
I paused for a while. "Ya, I'm fine, but I gotta go. Talk to you later."
"Make sure to tell Joe and Kevin."
"I will... bye." I slowly closed my phone and stayed sitting on my bed with my face in my hands.

*Sam's P.O.V.*
My eyes slowly opened to the morning sun and I looked around only to find an empty place beside me. I looked over at the pillow next to me and saw a note.

'Good morning beautiful. Sorry I couldn't stay. I didn't want to wake you up so early in the morning. Can't wait to see you again. I'll come over as soon as I can - Joe'

I sighed and laid my head back on the pillow as I kept the note close to my heart.

*Joe's P.O.V.*
I opened the door to my house bracing myself for the reaction I would get from my brothers. I walked in and saw Kevin sitting on the couch glaring at me with his arms crossed.
"Hi Kev." I tried to say as innocently as possible.
Kevin stood up. "Joe. Where were you last night?"
"I was um..." It was hard to focus as Kevin's stare pierced through me. "At Sam's house."
"And why are you only coming home now?" Kevin's tone kept getting harsher and harsher.
"Because I... I ended up spending the night there."
Kevin's voice started getting louder. "And what were you doing there?"
"What do you care, huh?! It's none of your business anyways!" I was shouting now and so was he.
"It is my business! I am responsible for you and I am the oldest! Now don't make me ask you again! What were you doing at Sam's house last night?!"
"Nothing happened ok! All we did was kiss! You happy now?!
"Then why were you over there ALL night?!"
"Ugh! Stop asking me all these questions! Do you really think I would lie to you Kev?!... Did you ever think that maybe she was the one who wanted me to keep her company?! Just!..."
"Guys."
Me and Kevin looked up to see Nick standing on the stairs looking down at the ground.
Kevin immediately went quiet. "What's wrong Nick?"
Nick stayed looking at the ground. "I just got a call from dad and... we're leaving."
My face dropped and I started to feel sick.
"What do you mean we're leaving? For how long?" Kevin asked seeming just as shocked as I was.
"About a month. But still..."
I knew we were all thinking the same thing. One month away from the girls would seem like an eternity to us.
"Well, why are we leaving?" Said Kevin.
"Dad said we're gonna play some shows across the country. He says it's mandatory since we're not on tour right now." Nick's voice faded away and we all just stood there in silence.

After about five minutes Kevin spoke up. "I guess we better go tell the girls."
I looked up at Nick who was still staring down at the ground.
"Alright." He said.
Kevin turned to me. "Joe. You ready?"
I stared at him for a moment then sprinted up the stairs past Nick. I walked into my bedroom and laid on the bed slamming the door behind me. How could I do this after I promised Sam I would never leave her?

Make sure to buy the new issue of Seventeen magazine!!! (you know... the one with our favourite 3 boys on the cover!!!) I'm going to buy mine today after school! So excited!!! :D
