You mean flashbang + tranq gun + hitting circle at right time means ur big boss...

Just press circle when she grabs you. Then you can CQC slam her (Circle and movement stick). You can also sneak behind her and just slam her, but apart from that and punching you can't do anything CQC-wise with her.
