I honestly don't believe this doesn't have more views. Our diets are what fuel us, it is our everything. Our work-out programme combined with that will have us looking like this guy! This isn't 'soccer', health it's real fucking muscle and an amazing body, this guy should be on TV and have a programme everybody should watch, it's honestly fucking madness how in shape he is.

can u answer these questions
i am 19 and weight 160 pounds, my height is 5.10
so my questions are
1) should i run more on treadmill, i run for 8 mins, walk on incline 10% for another 8 mins, then 4 mins i run again. i lose around 150-170 calories on that
2) should i do bench press for chest? and should i lift less weight and do more or more weight and do less?
3) what is the best workout combo would u recommend for abs?

hey mate quick question for you...i'm on 'progain' protein shake it's for building mass, i usually go to the gym around 5pm with my mate and when i get home dinner is ready - do i take the protein shake AND the meal...or just the protein shake and then leave the meal til a couple hours later? thanks man and you're lookin awesome as ever!!!!

@CHRISTIAN6182 Bro, why would you eat two meals at once? Do the shake first and wait one hour to an hour and a half later to eat your whole food meal
