Total body, multi joint exercises are designed to develop lean muscle, strengthen joints and BURN CALORIES during and after your workout. These 5 consecutive exercises targets all major muscles- the single arm/leg workouts develops the weaker muscles and strengthens the CORE. Dumbbell Cleans, Front Squats, Alternate Incline Dumbbell Press and Single Leg Deadlifts are challenging but worth the effort!!!
