The seals never took. If the seals were broken by wind the bottom or top of the shingles would be torn. Those are clean. This was installed during a cold day. Another case of bad workmanship paid for by insurance. Bubble? Thats a nail pop. I can't believe people will post things and have no clue about what theyre talking about. If the 3rd adjuster paid, he is weak and should know better.

Dude you were scammed...your roofing salesman damaged your roof. All of those tears in the shingles were man made. The shingles he is lifting up you can clearly see the adhesion line never sealed from the install of the shingle. Likely due to being installed when it was cold or defective shingle. It take about 70mph winds to break a properly sealed shingle...how could wind force like that break the seal, lift it up, and gingerly place it back down. It doesn't happen. Tears are fresh. Shame.
Prior to the storm, those shingles most likely adhered to the adhesive strip. In fact there is no reason for them not to be stuck. It is indicative that when the wind was blowing them, sufficient debris contaminated the adhesive so as to prevent readhesion during warm temperatures. These shingles were definitely damaged and the insurance company should provide you for insured damages according to your policy.

Thanks for your comment. The insurance company decided to pay after they sent a 3rd adjuster to the House.
