@luckyfire3 not always true. If your raw almonds are NOT from the usa then chances are they are probably truely raw, although its a good idea to buy from a trusted company. You can also find raw almonds in america but youll need to buy them directly from the farmer.
You are right though most "raw" almonds that come out of cali n such are pasterized because of the laws

i thought all almonds were cooked and labeled raw anyway cause of the California law.Where u cant sell raw almonds.

yes, this idea is taught at the Tree of Life... the almonds do not actually reach that temp... yummie recipe, go Zack! =)~

Nope! They're not raw any more -- they're steamed!

Matt asked, "Does dehydrating 145 Almonds at the same time make them cooked?" I would have to say no - it doesn't seem to matter how many you dehydrate at the same time.
On to the next video - Who is your cousin Gabriel, btw?
-
Fungus vs. raw.Personally, would rather be safe at 145 degrees.

Matt and Angela, was it on your site that says that jungle peanuts help with quitting smoking? Was it you or David. Anyway, you should do something on jungle peanuts. Love you guys.

I muscle tested on this question, " Does my body recognize these nuts as raw with enzymes in tact?" No "Will my white blood cells respond as if invaded by a foreign substance?" Yes. So that is what my body says about it. Test for yourself.
They are still raw. The air temperatur inside the dehydrator is 145 but the almonds are not at that temperature.

Still raw. The temp. of the food never actually gets to 145 degrees due to evaporation and the fact that with dehydration it is just circulating air. I believe excalibur has a reference to it on their site about the process. In anycase, even if it did get to 145 degrees it would take WAY longer than 1 hour in the D.
