Pizza Hut tried making employee training videos with a real employee and real phone calls. The result yielded in a loss of productivity and sales for Pizza Hut.

Since Then the real Pizza Hut employee was banned for all eternity and Pizza Hut has blocked phones services paid under his name from being able to call in and place an order.

So instead of living off unemployment for years (like many), I decided to work. No "school" helps you in that situation. For the record, I do have a degree. Since then, I have found a better job. Imagine that! Go ahead and continue trolling. I love how people judge your life based on a Youtube comment.
