they're not bad trucks, they only have bad drivers

@ajk150 i do a ton of beach with soft sand and water. amazingly no rust and i drive it thorught the salt too often. also the milage is a bonus at an average of 17 i get. handles superb on dirt and soft groung and mud isnt bad considering the tires, but you can get those relativly cheap if you look around

@philromo13 sweet, you ever take it off-roading? what type of terrain do you favor? If you don't mind me asking

@H20skier100 yah that is why it is called easter Hummer safari in moab every year lol oh wait nope it is jeep safari.... and gm chose to keep the hummer brand because it was wildly succesful oh dang that isn't true either although i have to admit i want to drive one of these alphas.

@H20skier100 Me and my 'ol Land Rover may have to disagree with that.

The H3 5 cylinders or Alphas KICK ASS, they will out wheel any suv sold.
It's one thing to be fools, but jealous fools is just sad ;-(

I love my h3 alpha! Its great on and off the road. I have gone over and through some serious bumps, dips and boulders. It does great! That is a fact.

i am agree with ajk150
i own a h3 alfa it small passing through narrow places and its power full , next thing i wash it an go on streets it turns alot of neck around

@ajk150 i own one. i beat out h2s continuously because of the size
First off i want to say i own an H1, i respect the car greatly and used to thing the H3 was a joke. Until i actually went off roading with one. They are extremely durable and we had one fully stock H3 (only had RR) and he stayed with the group. He got over everything i did, even climbed over the rock went through the deep water. They are extremely capable. So much, that i'm actually thinking about purchasing one. The H2 is too big, but the H3 is small and nimble and a great car in the end.

@Neonspinnazz30 There is only one problem with your statement, it's not entirely accurate. The Colorado and the H3 share about 10% of the same parts. The other 90% are unique to the Hummer. The turn radius alone should be the first clue.
