Safety Lesson: Making the Line Safe (and Empty Chamber Indicator usage)

At any range facility, when the Range Safety Officer, line officer, or other official issues the command to cease fire and make the line safe, all shooters on the line should put their safety on (if applicable), remove magazines (if applicable), clear and check the chamber to make sure it's empty, and insert an Empty Chamber Indicator to provide visual confirmation that the chamber is indeed empty.

I use to love my M-14 sling on my M16 in the mid 80's. Guys use to ask me where they could get one all the time.
