Looking at a horse for sale

This is Swift/Shadow (the name was changed), a flea-bitten gray Arab-X gelding.
He is for sale for $1500 AUD including two rugs, a halter and special trail boots that the lady rides him with.

I have only videod what he looks like, as that's all I've seen. I did hop on him, but the lady just led me around bareback, so I don't think that's a very good indication of what he'll be like in the saddle. If I get any footage of that, I'll post it ASAP.
He is 8 years old, 14.2hh

He's a bit skinny, and needs a lot more work to get his muscle tone up. What do you think?
