Yes, two main points here (not connected). She screwed her town by building a 20 million dollar sport complex (thinking everyone will use it because she likes sports and was a gym teacher and sports announcer) but since only 6000 people live in the city and NOT everyone likes sports, her idea failed. The fact that she is buds with Big Oil is enough info alone to not trust her....maybe some of the money she got from big oil was for her campaigning or her bridge to nowhere or her sports complex.

I'm a registered democrat who voted for obama but one thing that scares me is that alot of information on his website changed the day after he was elected. I'm scared that he was put into office so that the government can just declare martial law and turn us into a fascist country comparable to nazi germany. You're right that many people voted due to race, but that wasn't the deciding factor if you look at the voting demographics. Bush was elected because he was the average Joe who it'd be fun to have a beer with, and look what happened.

I couldn't agree more..McCain seemed to think that this pathetic lying hypocritical woman would help his bid because of her 'being female' (a bimbo is a bimbo)..I can't tolerate McCain but to be fair I haven't paid attention thru the years..but THIS is an insult to any intelligent woman. What I do know is that McCain married Cindy's money and dumped his loyal first wife because she wasn't politically pretty. I'm absolutely stunned by Palin's rise to fame. I thought maybe the American people could tell the difference between an truly intelligent person and this run-at-the-mouth, hyper-ambitious clod. She is painful to listen to, and about as articulate as a Miss Teen USA pageant contestant.
