Exactly. Even though I think that cars will still play an important roll in transportation well into the future, the US and the word can no longer afford the car being the sole means of getting from point a to point b. The future lays in creating multiple transit options and applying each option to area where they will prove most effective.

having everybody in the world drive cars is unsustainable both it material and fuel not counting pollution. the car is dead
