This is footage from today's DC workout. This is considered my "A" workout where I hit chest, shoulders, triceps and back. I end up hitting these muscles twice a week (every 4 days or so). DC training utilizes a lot of rest pause sets, where after finishing an exercise you rest briefly (10-12 deep breaths) before performing another set.
After watching the results of the video I know that my form still needs improvement on both my incline bench (need to get about 2-3 inches lower) as well as on my DL's (need to get my hips down). Filming yourself is a great tool to see where you can improve upon. Even if you think you have great form, there's always some tweaks you can do. I do my deads with a wide stance as I'm a bit taller (6'4") and I find it more comfortable.
