I MUST BE PLAYING A DIFFERENT BETA FROM ALOT OF PEOPLE CAUSE I SEE THIS GAME AS THE BEST GEARS OF WAR OF THE SERIES !!! I DONT HATE ON A GAME TO TROLL MY VIEWERS ONE DAY AND THEN FLIP ON MY OPINION AND ENJOY IT THE NEXT !! FROM BEAUTIFUL GRAPHICS,SMOOTH ONLINE PLAY,BALANCED WEAPONS AND THE BEST 3RD PERSON SHOOTER ON THE MARKET WHAT THE FUCK DO PEOPLE WANT !!

THIS IS GEARS OF WAR AND THE SHOTTY IS THE WEAPON OF CHOICE BY ALOT OF PLAYERS !!! IF YOU HAVEN'T FIGURED THIS OUT YET THEN YOUR BLIND....LOL !! IT SURPRISES ME PEOPLE STILL HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE POWER AND COMPLAIN WHEN THEY GET DOMINATED BY IT !! THATS THE REASON WHY THE ASSAULT RIFLES MUST BE POWERFUL AND BE ABLE TO COUNTER THE SHOTTY USERS.

AND TO THE HATERS SAYING THIS GAME IS ALL ABOUT SHOTGUNS THEN YOU NEED TO STEP UP YOUR GAME !! GEARS 1 I WAS A LANCER WHORE,GEARS 2 I HAD ONE OF THE BEST HAMMERBURST AROUND WITH PEOPLE CLAIMING IT WAS MODDED AND GEARS 3 I STILL LOVE THE HB EVEN MORE BUT STARTED USING THE GNASHER AND SAWED OFF TO IMPROVE MY GAME !!

PRETTY MUCH THIS GAME IS BALANCED SO GOOD THAT YOU PLAY IT THE WAY YOU WANT TO PLAY IT !! MOST GAMES HAVE 1 GUN THAT IS LABELED THE BEST BY ALL AND HAS A HUGE ADVANTAGE OVER ALL OTHERS !! GEARS OF WAR 3 HAS SO MANY OPTIONS WITH EACH BEING ABLE TO HOLD ITS OWN IN ANY OTHER GUN !! THATS NOT AN EASY FEAT ADN EPIC HAS CREATED ONE OF THE BEST MULTIPLAYER GAMES I HAVE PLAYED !!


DAMN.....I DIDNT EVEN TALK ABOUT THE MATCH AND HOW EZ WE MADE IT LOOK....LOL !!! CAPTURE THE LEADER IS A NICE TWIST ON CAPTURE THE FLAG AND JUST ANOTHER REASON WHY YOU MUST BUY GEARS 3 THE DAY IT LAUNCHES !!! ALM1GHTY IS BACK AND THIS IS JUST THE START OF MY GEARS 3 APPRECIATION WEEK !!! I HAVE PLENTY OF VIDS SAVED UP AND CANT WAIT TO SHOW WHY GEARS IS A TRUE SYSTEM SELLER !! WITH A BETA......YES BETA BEING SO SOLID AND BALANCED I CAN ONLY WAIT TO SEE THE FINAL PRODUCT !!

Yes they are powerful when active as they should be but in no way was i upset or feeling like they were unbalanced !! I understand why some people think that but its probably cause your team or the way you approached the situation !!!

@fourthspartan56..we had are share of both ez and some hard matches !! with the gears series getting so big and so many more gamers playing it the skill gap will be big in alot of games !! But also there are more challenges cause so many more people are playing !!

for me this beta shows just how much improvement epic has done for the gow series, smooth and detailed environments, more detailed character designs and whatnot, and the pace is amazing now, really fast unlike how crappy it is back in gears 2

i dont get why people complain way too much about this and that weapons being overpowered etc, lots and lots to complain, you cant please everybody, imo they just need to get better with the game

SAWED off and retro lancers are unbalanced. I've shot someone 3 times with a GNASHER and all he does is roll to me and insta kill me with a SAWED off. Not even the GNASHER can beat the Retro at close range. Garbage players just spray the retro lancer all over the place and end up downing you. And because of those 2 guns garbage players can hop on Gears 3 and think they are good, when they really aren't.

The only problem i had with the weapons was the retro lancer, that thing is definitely over powered. Considering there is literally nothing you can do to make it anything more than a crap shoot, theres not a skill curve to balance it out like with other weapons in this game. Frankly i feel that it is a pointless weapon for scrubs to make the learning curve easier. What they should do is make hammerburst a burst weapon again from GOW1, lancer the same and have retro be the new HB
