  • Yeah if you think this sounds anything like linkin park please go get your fucking head checked benn jordan has more talent in his finger than that whole band

  • Jordan seems to moving away from acid/breakbeat territory and into more melodic downtempo stuff. I like the new direction. If you all like this stuff, check out Henrik Jose, Crisopa, General Fuzz, etc. for free on netlabels and on archive.org (search for "idm" and the adjective of your choice (ie. beautiful, etc.)

  • Wish the part with the synths had a few more verses to it... Seems to short before the rockout begins.

  • @slyboots47 I'd say it begins at 4:25 :)

  • monotonik and kahvi also ..

  • I LOVE THIS ALBUM!

  • @mjdosz : Archaic Horizon is a good free netlabel, as well as Monotonik, Entity, Kahvi, and many others.

  • Goosebumps.

  • So far. with the songs I heard. sounds like he made this album something thats much more subtle and invigorating. I haven't bled from the ears yet, thanks flashbulb! You know how to provoke the cerebellum.

  • Linkin Park-ish? Have you ever heard anything else created by Benn Jordan? Even Benn himself has said that his music is becoming less spastic and more mature, because 'he's getting old'. This album represents true talent, something most 'artists' don't posses. I'm only 21 and I've been listening to Benn Jordan's work for almost 10 years, and have never been disappointed.

  • This album is hugely influenced by music such as Steve Reich - more than earlier ones. How that is mainstream, not to speak Reznor or LP, will be forever beyond me. He's the real deal depressed dude, not some flakey fake.
