  • 7. Clarence Ray Allen case He was sentenced to life imprisonment for one murder and he successfully got an inmate, Hamilton, who was on parole to murder three people for him. He was sentenced to death for that.

  • 1. Incarceration is violation of the right to liberty.

    2. No effective barrier against initial crime, barring one of a psychological nature. People being incarcerated for too long often go insane.

    3. Rehabilitation justified only if victim survives and it does not redeem another life taken.

    4. Life imprisonment can be a mistake and it will be irreversible if the innocent either dies or goes insane in prison.

  • I think the death penalty moreso for serial thugs. Like if you have a random with no prior history murders someone he should get life and no parole. But if you have someone who has bashed 10 random people for nor reason Id like that person to get the death penalty because there is less risk of wrongful death penalty.
