only if there was foriegn ivestment in the beaches. Making them into resorts and stuff for foriegners. The governement can make it a tax heaven for foriegn investment in order to gain hard currency from tourists

I have to agree there is a danger in visiting Salone....you will NOT want to leave! I grew up in my sweet salone, was forced to leave at age 12 and have missed her ever since. I WANT TO GO HOME!
