This video covers how to setup Mudbox 2012 to use multiple full materials and work over the material seems! So good! Yet another reason I think Mudbox is great. Sadly I still can't make myself give up zbrush for sculpting. You should, however, be painting in Mudbox. Fact.

fascinating … it strikes me that the learning curve for the UI of most of these programs is quite high, which is fine, but purchasing this software and then discovering you dont have the stamina to learn it would make it a regreattable purchase. Question does mudbox suffice as a standalone solution for game character creation or will you need a full license of MAX to make the most of it ? whats your software workflow for finished files ? presumeably your using allot more than mudbox alone ?

Is really good, you can also do all this in 3dcoat, have almost or maybe more features. But mudbox is really really easy to use, thanks for sharing this video.
