Great audio! I grew up in the 50's listening to the AM side of a 1949 Zenith console. Loved that radio. Very good receiver. We used to get a station out of Curacao in the evening. I lived in Baltimore, Md. in those days.

Great job, I always think it is exciting how you can receive stations from all over at night on AM. Those old Zeniths have great sensitivity and selectivity! I have a Zenith 11-S-470 from 1940 also with a black dial, but not Shutterdial that I should make a video of DXing as well.

Amazing demo! I think that Zenith built radio front ends back then with some amazing "gusto" as well considering this set's "vintage". Nice adjacent capture demonstration, as opposed to "hopping all over the dial"!!
