A double bag is balanced and rhythmic; therefore, predictable like a jump rope. The weighting system in the CoordinationBag breaks this rhythm so the fighter cant predict the bags movement. Second, it is not tied to the floor so it has a greater range of motion. This enables more footwork and complex techniques, such as, dodge and counter. Third, it represents the centerline of a 6 foot tall person. Only a full sized target can train peripheral vision in addition to central vision.
