  • The point is not to move the hips, what matters is an athletic stance and shoulder turn/coiling up the upper body, you wanna create tension. 99% of the tennis coaches suck, and that's being generous.

  • Why the hell is she htting with a full western forhand?

  • With little kids, the idea is not impose what is right in ones opinion, but help child find her most natural way to hit the ball. If you look at the video, girl so young hitting most of the balls deep, which shows that she is doing the right thing. Most pros are too occupied to make everyone to have a perfect swing that they forget the simplest rule there is. There is no perfect swing. There is no perfect position. There is only right shot, determined by the result.

  • look where all the balls ended up, in the net. get her to move her feet and ad some knee bend, which will help with the hip rotation and she will get much more sucess

  • No shape in the swing = no shape on the ball. This is fail.

  • This coach SUX bad.

  • @debi10s are you still playing in the 1950s

  • @Thederangedwang I always hit bottom up hips first then shoulders hands and racket last

  • @AznRoxR hahahahaha dont follow trough hahahaa
