@Tamizushi Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. as I am busy with my Friends, life, and art, I get kinda behind in things at times. Also to answer your question I have been using computers since kindergarten if you must know. but even that wouldn't make me an expert. but there is always more to learn, didn't even know Google scholar existed til today. The things you discover. Anyway I find communicating with you to leave me feeling rather bitter. so I take my leave of you.

I am very greatful I found this video, trippling energy efficiency made it more then possible for wind to become not just more ecofriendly compared to nuclear, but per KWH the Japaneese would be spending less money per KWH then if they otherwise sticked to nuclear.
