I asked about that... There is no copyright on chord progressions. That means this: you can legaly ripp off the entire Beatles song using the same chords, but you have to change the beat, backround bass or drum perhaps, and lyricd of course. As long as it doesn't SOUND like the Beatles, you're ok.
Otherwise, half of the rock n roll 12 bar songs,
or anything based on a "Nashville circle" harmony would never been published.

This is the best version of Night porter I have ever come across.
Its even bleaker than the original and absolutely melancholic.
You even look a guy on the late night desk who might just brave the weather.
