think of big, strong animals- elephants, camels, giraffe, oxen, horses, buffalo, cows, gorillas: All vegetarian!
look at the %age of protein in spinach, broccoli, beans.... you won't have a problem if you eat whole plant foods. Please don't make french fries your only veggie!!!
get educated. consider buying a book by Dr. John McDougall or Dr. Neil Barnard, Dr. Michael Klapper... also ask your parents to read The China Study. It's a real eye opener!
