  • Some bots have taken the tack of using a polycarbonate fork or a piece of lightweight metal to hold off the spinner and guide it into the walls. The results have been mixed. The current best defense against shell spinners is to have a very strong plow shaped like the curvature of the spinner shell, corralling it and slamming the spinner into the wall (which of course doesn't move). Unfortunately, these plows aren't best for other bots so the setup usually is modular to swap out.

  • @GallifreyanSandwich Funny, I think if you do a bit a research you will find Biohazard has been around since 1995 competing in the US Robot Wars held in SF before battlebots or RWUK was a gleam in anyones eye. so....Storm2 is a poor imitation of Bio methinks.

  • megabyte vs ziggo

  • Megabyte : Come at me bro.

  • Press 7 agian and agian for some WHOOO

  • At 1:25 the guy sounds like lord tourrettes from dick figures

  • most spinbots have that antenna thingy to prevent them from flipping. why not take advantage of that? They could mount a huge disc with cutouts on the perimeter to push the spinbot by the antenna and not touch the deadly spinning shell until they push it against the wall and force it to hit something stationary and cause damage onto itself.

  • I remember watching Biohazard when I was younger on Battlebots, he was my favorite over all. As a kid everyone of course loved any bot that could break shit, but I just loved how powerful and skillful biohazard always seemed in how he would alway win by submission. Sad too see him go down, but any spinbot is going to be hard to take down, you're only chance is to hopefuly hit it hard enough to through it off and flip it apeshit.

  • How the mighty have fallen.

  • @Wetware I wouldn't say poor imitation, Storm 2 is a better all round robot, but the Biohazard driver is a lot more apt at using his robot :P

  • lol this guy's laugh.
