TR Tension Roll Transducer - An Idler Roller that measures web tension

The TR Tension Roll Transducer is the easiest way for manufacturers to measure web tension on a press or converting machinery. A Tension Roll is a dead-shaft idler roll with built-in tension transducers to make the most simple-to-install tension measurement device ever. No assembly required! Just specify your desired shaft length, load rating, and roll diameter. This is faster, easier and less expensive than installing a separate idler roller with 2 transducers (a.k.a load cells). Only one transducer cable is used, meaning there is no cable-crossing between machine frames. Aluminum, steel or stainless steel rolls available in many surface finishes.
