Colleen Drowns 9-17-09

Time slowly ticks away for Colleen as she floats beneath the water. Over the water, In the lake, all the people Colleen love surround her, just as the light finally goes out of her eyes. Moments later, her eyes open again and Brad comes to her and takes her in his arms.

WHAT! The end with Brad (Don Diamont)?!?! They brought him back for the drowning scene?!

They can't have this supposedly inspirational dream sequence where everyone tells her she needs to fight and come back to them.... and then KILL her anyways! It's like saying that she CHOOSES to die.

Colleen reunited with her father, Brad. I guess it's poetic justice, Colleen drowns in the same lake that her father froze to death in.

Of course, this gives John and the other Abbots good reason to hate Patty. If it weren't for Patty this would never have happened.

The Abbots and Paul know for certain that Victor was the one who brought Patty to GC in the first place. Unfortunately, they can prove it because they have no evidence linking it to Victor and Victor denied everything(as always).

I liked those scenes, but I wish instead of her drowning, they had those scenes when she was in the hospital, because everyone was wishing that she would come back to them and to never give up the fight. Good scenes though, and wish I was watching back then!

This storyline makes me sad because when I look at Colleen's and Lily's friendship I think of mine and my best friend. I can't imagine losing my best friend the way Colleen died.
