No, actually its not a scam. The whole idea behind this secret is that some people buy cars but fail to recognize that there are ways to getting around that $40,000 price tag or even a $400,000 price tag if you know how to "car shop". It shows you how to get cars from %30-%75 percent off and in some cases maybe even %90. Its truly something that I would lend to a friend, family member, or just keep it for myself.
