The "Learning and Memory" presentation will examine the biological and psychological basis of learning and memory by describing the neuroanatomy of and neural processes related to learning based on current literature and memory based on current literature. In addition, discuss the relationship between learning and memory from a functional perspective and address why learning and memory are interdependent making use of case studies and examples from research articles to help map this relationship. Finally, discuss the importance that lifelong learning and brain stimulation can demonstrate in regard to longevity and quality of life.
