wow i just got some shit cable that is a pain in the ass to work with and now i find out i could have got this and used my fav crt without adapters everywhere. How much does the actual thing cause.

If the fans were powered, you could aim them down into the cooling grid on top of the 360. It'll force more air into the system and cool it further. The only concern I see with this, other than the whole exposed circuitry thing, is that the unit does seem to press down on the ethernet cable, putting a bit of strain and possible damage to the mainboard. Other than that, great work with the simple mod!
