@NigelLoller from what willcobbsail said , in my moth I rotate the tiller extention clockwise and anti-clockwise , adjusting a trim tab on the trailing edge of the rudder foil which then adjusts the height of the flight. generally in the middle is the most stable, flying low is the fastest and flying high is the slowest(from my expierience

@NigelLoller YEa, the rudder foil can be controlled by rotating the tiller extention, and in the new moths, the main foil is adjusted by turning a wand thing inside the boat :) the new ones use a different system which keeps them at a flat level :)

Is there any on the fly adjustment on the foil angle...the ride seems very stable (fore and aft)if not

The foils give substantially more lift than shaped wings ever could. They would only be beneficial in very light winds anyway because once the wind is up the main problem is stopping ventilation and foil break out.

the boat is very light, about 30-40kg, nad making wing shape with lift ability maybe isn't worth it since that makes it heavier.
