A video of me desperately surviving against the love colored witch, Marisa Kirisame
Marisa Kirisame (makes your tongue tingle) is the Ex-boss of the game Fairy Ways, the 12.8th installment of the Touhou Project. The Touhou Project is a series of danmaku shooters created by a cephalopod in disguise named ZUN. You say he isn't one? Prove me wrong.
In a throwback to the long-lost, twice removed sister of the Touhou series, the Seihou series, the Ex-boss of Fairy Wars is none other than the witch of love, Marisa Kirisame. She even flies under her own power... which kind of sucks since it throws away my theory: humans in Gensokyo cannot fly under normal circumstance. Reimu is a Hakurei miko, Sanae is god, Sakuya is Sakuya, and Marisa has her broom. Made perfect sense before this game. =/
If you play the actual FW story mode, you'll soon find yourself hating, with extreme prejudice may I add, the laser danmaku, since they cannot be froze and they will break apart your ice. If you know about Touhou, you'll know that Marisa is infamous for her lasers. For her big ass, screen filling lasers. See where I'm going with this?
In an act of benevolence, Marisa decided to go "easy" on Cirno, using nonlethal lasers rather than... well... lethal ones. Or at least as lethal as danmaku in Genokyo can be. So what do these lasers do? They "drain" Cirno's "Motivation", which is an awfully specific effect for a laser to have, particularly one made by Marisa. I'm guessing the lasers just generate a field of heat to discourage Cirno.
Now you say, "If Marisa isn't using a full powered Master Spark, isn't she actually going easy?" Yeah, about that, I'm not really buying the whole "Cirno's mind creates extra danmaku" that ZUN tried to sell us. If that's actually true, then Cirno is even more powerful than imagined, being able to twist reality or at least bring forth her imagination into reality.
Anyways, the fight is challenging, some of the spells are BS, the majority of the nonspells are BS, and I remember a time when Orreries' Suns used to be awesome.
The music was originally going to be an arrange of "The Witches' Ball ~ Magus". ZUN somehow managed to take a tangent in his creative process and created "Magus Night", which is not as awesome but it's still amazing.
I fully recommend Dobu Usagi and Jun.A arranges of this song. dBu combines both this and Witches' Ball and is very good. dBu continues to being by my favorite, although Jun.A... well he did what he's best at and that is being awesome. Being delighted is an understatement when the first song I heard with my new headphones was this. Both artists are simply superb. Again, that's an understatement.

And to finish: That blog I made is now a rant blog. Because I can. There are two new posts: one with this video and one with a rant about Pokémon. Because I can.

You wouldn't happen to be a creationist or something, would you? You seem to have a bit of a problem with science and the only people I've ever seen describe the Big Bang as having 'nothingness exploded' are creationists like Ray Comfort who don't understand cosmology or misrepresent it outright in order to support their religious views.

Not really, I just really question exactly how useful knowing the shape of the universe is for our daily life.

@raak1010 Whilst the knowledge itself might seem rather useless, at the very least the technology developed to help study such things might have a heretofore undiscovered use in modern life.
The microwave oven was developed from radar technology used during WWII, for example.

I still question the utility of the shape of the universe. But I'll concede many modern technology wouldn't be possible without the knowledge astronomy has given us.
