(This video was a project for a class about managing guest service. I only had a few days to shoot, voice record, and edit this so please forgive the quality of the video and sound. I may try to put out a better quality version of this later if I have time.)
It's about maintaining the proper level of courtesy and respect for the guest even when they are unwilling to cooperate. The final scene also gives an example of having to "fire the guest" when that situation gets extreme.
