No such thing! Foreclosed houses don't get clean up. The banks don't care to clean it up because they don't own the house. It's the investors that own the house. The investor doesn't know where the house is because he or she may be oversea or the investor may be a small government oversea who doesn't have the time or money to invest in cleaning these houses. The bank already make their money/fees by foreclosing on these houses, they could careless what happen to it.

@oscar2oo9 One idea could be to check your local finance institutions foreclosure listings, and then ask to specify which ones need "bid" work like broken windows, drywall repair, lawn maintainence, etc., or cleanouts, or any kind of preservations work on the property. Best of luck!
