LVL 306 {feel this}

See? I told you guys I would upload another episode this week since I was lazy last week and didn't get any up, and here it is! I'm also excited because I finished writing season 3 last night, so now I'm all pumped to make episodes so you guys can find out what happens for our lovelies. x) Hope you like this episode! It certainly has its fair share of drama and up's and downs! Please comment/rate/fave/subscribe!

Tess gets a concert together in honor of Axel's friend who passed. This is also Sienna's (BETHANY GALEOTTI) first time performing in front of a big crowd, and she gets nervous and tries to back out. Before she can, however, Tess announces her and everyone cheers her on. Sienna walks out on stage and although she's frightened at first, she calms down and begins her song.

Elsewhere, Phoenix isn't handling the finding of her brother well. She meets a drug dealer in a parking lot and buys some drugs while Fritz sees her from afar.

Raleigh is at home when Lennox comes to her door, wanting to tell her what happened when she was out of town. He confesses that he kissed another girl while she was away looking for a college. Raleigh sarcastically thanks him for being so loyal and then tells him it was a good thing they're not officially dating so she doesn't have to bother breaking up with him. She then slams the door in his face.

Deacon is watching video footage of the lawyer who is trying to get Max and Delilah thrown into jail. The video is a clip of the lawyer making out with his mistress in an elevator. Delilah got the footage to use as leverage against the lawyer to get Max off the hook. While she dated Max, he stole a car, and she used her family's money to buy off the judge to keep Max out of jail. However, the attorney in the video was the opposing lawyer, and he held a grudge because of his loss. He has tracked them down and is preparing to throw them both in jail out of revenge. Deacon tells Delilah that the video will definitely do the trick, and he snaps that she better be glad he's willing to help her just as he leaves the house. What Delilah doesn't know is that the lawyer is actually Deacon's older brother. Will Deacon betray his own brother to save Delilah's ex-boyfriend?

Axel arrives backstage and is greeted by a cheerful Tess. He tells her that he missed her and he realizes how much he loves her. He explains all of the reasons why he loves her, and he thanks her for loving someone like him because "That can't be easy." Tess tells him it's not that hard, and then they kiss. Does Axel know about his fiancée's mysterious meeting with the book publisher while he was away?

Fritz corners Phoenix outside of the concert and asks her if she wants to confess anything to him. She says no, and he tells her he saw her buying drugs in the parking lot. He then reminds her that she said she'd never felt the way she feels about him for anyone else before. He asks her if that's still true. When she asks him if it matters, he tells her that it does matter to him. Before she can answer, Fritz leans in and kisses her.

Sienna finishes her concert with no problem and the crowd cheers her on as she leaves the stage.

Back at home, Raleigh is moping around and the mysterious hot guy that Raleigh saw when she was visiting the community college nearby happens to be walking by on his way to his own house. He introduces himself as Jackson Ripley (IAN SOMERHALDER) and asks her what's wrong. She confesses that the guy who was kinda her boyfriend cheated on her while she was out of town, and even though she said she wanted to be nonexclusive with him, she didn't really mean it. Now she doesn't know if she can trust him anymore because of what happened. Jackson tells her that everything will work out, and if she needs someone to talk to, he'll be there for her.
