  • haha. amazing program!!! Amazing opportunities!! Signed on as enlisted first, but hopes to be the future HPSP candidate under the dental program!!!

Go Navy!! Thanks so much for this video! Even though it may be different from the dental, it still gives me a general idea of what it is.

  • @ghostofxmaspast right... saving people isn't a real job? GTFO of here

  • The Army has the same scholarship with more residencies and no duty time or delay between med school and residency

    .

  • So when we choose the HPSP the Navy has its own medical school? or we choose the medical school of our choice. After graduating we pay back the Navy by active duty every year they gave me the scholarship plus another year. So its 4 years +1. This applies to Army, Navy, and Air Force.

  • I am a MIDN 3/C and wanting to go Emergency Med and then work with the Marines. I know my chances are slim, but anybody got advice for me?

  • very helpful! thanks!!!

  • This was very informative. I agree with situationinterm... "Better" is a fantastic book about the healthcare profession. Both Atul Gawande and this young lady make it obvious that those who succeed in the healthcare profession are those who aspire to perform to the very best of their abilities in every situation. I highly recommend the book and wish this young lady the best of luck.

  • Actually, looking to the ride is a common thing to recall memory, looking to the left alot is lieing i think :D

  • What you see in her behavior is more a reflection on you than it is on her.... she appears a little camera shy and avoiding recognition of the camera. I'm a med student with on-camera and behind camera experience. It's completely normal.

  • she looks like she's lying or something looking to the side all the time...hopefully there's a person over there or something or it just looks like she's nervous or lying. yeah definitely looking like she's looking away from the nterviewer...
