So much to do, so little time! Time management and productivity guru, David Allen takes his bestselling book, Getting Things Done, to new heights with Making It All Work. In this video, he illustrates how to gain control of your to-do list and offers tips for finding focus and perspective.
That smile at 0:15 is unbearable in all its insincerity.
Why would anyone put THAT into the world?
What good does it do?
What is it trying to tell us?
Is it: "How I appear to you is obviously fake, so be warned that my book teaches a fake way of living and being"?
If not.... then why do it?
Because the publisher wants you to?
It makes me sick to my stomach.

David Allen is a genius. He brings together simle elements into a useful whole. The GTD system is simple and works better than any other system. If you know a better system, please share it with the rest of us.

@lurpylen It is entertaining and makes it easier to communicate his information. I learn more from this rather than from charts and reading I loved it. the pictures brought home his points. the music provided flow. Why do people criticize what they do not need to watch in the first place?

Watching this kind of video is in itself a bad use of your time. A lot of catchy phrases, dreamy pictures, mesmerizing visual effects, audio "splashes" etc. to hide the fact that this is a bleak repeat and copy of Alan Lakein's theory on time management. Read "How to Get Control of Your Time and Your Life". Brisk and to the point, without unnecessary verbosity and, of course, without visual effects, bu relevant to this day. Bill Clinton read it, and see what he achieved in life...
