  • That smile at 0:15 is unbearable in all its insincerity.

Why would anyone put THAT into the world?

    What good does it do?

What is it trying to tell us?

Is it: "How I appear to you is obviously fake, so be warned that my book teaches a fake way of living and being"?

If not.... then why do it?

Because the publisher wants you to?

It makes me sick to my stomach.

  • David Allen is a genius. He brings together simle elements into a useful whole. The GTD system is simple and works better than any other system. If you know a better system, please share it with the rest of us.

  • @SmugBastardd by the time you posted this comment, the ads were done

  • @lurpylen It is entertaining and makes it easier to communicate his information. I learn more from this rather than from charts and reading I loved it. the pictures brought home his points. the music provided flow. Why do people criticize what they do not need to watch in the first place?

  • Really a great video Thanx for posting it

  • I would've watched this video, but the 30 second ad made me go elsewhere

  • Watching this kind of video is in itself a bad use of your time. A lot of catchy phrases, dreamy pictures, mesmerizing visual effects, audio "splashes" etc. to hide the fact that this is a bleak repeat and copy of Alan Lakein's theory on time management. Read "How to Get Control of Your Time and Your Life". Brisk and to the point, without unnecessary verbosity and, of course, without visual effects, bu relevant to this day. Bill Clinton read it, and see what he achieved in life...

  • The "Getting Things Done" CD collection has made a world of difference in my life. It's worth its weight in gold. So is my filofax planner! lol

  • Great explanation of the Horizons of Focus.

  • What purpose is served by the irritating, distracting & idiotic accompanying music?
