We have given it our twist by turning it into an ice cream which is perfect for the summer.

The best thing about this dessert is you can keep it in the freezer for months, not that it will last that long!

    N btw, Ben thanks for ur creativity. I can rly tell ure a well-trained chef, u know the taste of ingredients, u create ur own recipes n twist the traditional recipes into a more cook friendly one. Im rly grateful to have found Sorted.

    The ice-cream, I twisted a bit too hehe

    Coz my hubby doesnt like frozen fruit, so I baked the berries w/balsamic vinegar n sugar. I used icing sugar (instead of caster u called for) when I'm to beat the egg white coz I want a smoother ice-cream. It works perfectl
